BUYER HOME INSPECTION

Once you have made an offer on a home and provided a deposit your real estate agent will notify you when it is time for a home inspection. At that time our home inspector will come out and inspect the property from top to bottom and provide you with a detailed home inspection report. You will then coordinate the results of our inspection findings with your real estate agent and lawyer. Our home inspection service will allow you to have a clear understanding of the condition of your prospective home and allow you to make a better purchasing decision. Our general home inspection service consists of following components:

  • Structural

  • Exterior

  • Roofing

  • Plumbing

  • Electrical

  • HVAC systems

  • Interior

  • Insulation and Ventilation

  • Fireplaces

Newly constructed homes are typically given a one year warranty for the new homeowners. Some homes can also come with a set warranty for the new homeowners. Whether your warranty is a 6 months, 12 month or even 18 month, we can inspect your home 1 month prior to warranty expiration so that any deficiencies covered by the warranty can still be corrected at no expanse to the homeowner. Warranty inspection can help you save on unnecessary expenses.

Don't need an entire home inspection? We offer a Single Component Inspection for part of the home for whatever the reason. We can inspect a single component such as the electrical system or plumbing system and check for any deficiencies. Worried about your roof after a major storm or that foundation crack. Contact us and we can inspect it for you.

We offer re-inspection services on any repairs and upgrades completed after the initial inspection. We will verify that the repairs are complete and satisfy current standards so that you can have a piece of mind. We also offer final walkthrough inspection just prior to closing to verify that all repairs have been completed and the home is ready for new homeowners’ acceptance.
